Individual Counseling: $35 per 90 minutes

Family/Pre-Marriage/Marriage: $65 per 120 minutes

Children/Youth:   $45 per 75 minutes

Groups/ Monthly: $50 per 4 sessions/month (2 hours weekly $10 each week/snacks included)

Play Therapy: $35 per 70 minutes

Life Coaching: $55 per session/70 minutes

New! Telehealth Services-$65 per session with Insurance Co-pay Fee $27/with no insurance $35 per session

All sessions between 60-120 minutes.

Standard HL3CC Office co-pay between $20-$45

* All Major Health Care Carriers Co-pay Aetna, United Behavior Health, Cigna, Humana Tricare, Medicaid.

Between January-December '2023 till Deductible Complete" See Below +Health Equity Cards Accepted

 

If your Yearly Deductible coverage completed: $35 co-pay

If your Yearly Deductible coverage incomplete: $45 co-pay (most insurance companies do not reimburse providers in/out of network till deductible met)

HLCC will file all in-network claims and if out of network claim forms available as needed.

 

We accept all forms of payments: Cash, Cash App, Credit, Debit, MO, Zelle, Venmo, Stripe sorry no checks. ***Health Equity Cards Accepted. American Express.
