Our goal is to make EAP support and counseling as easy to access as possible. Life issues or problems are sometimes difficult to discuss with others.  That is why confidentiality has to be as important for us as it is for our clients. We take every precaution to protect the confidentiality of EAP visits. We do not discuss situations outside our offices or send records to anyone unless given written permission by the client.

As an Affiliated EAP Provider we want to provide a safe and comfortable place for the employee or household members to discuss concerns. Affiliated EAP counselors will listen, help with the assessment and then develop an immediate plan of action. The plan of action may include a referral to an appropriate source of help. For example, we do not offer long term outpatient counseling, deep counseling, or expert court testimony as an EAP counselor. However, an affiliated EAP counselor we can assist in finding resources in the immediate community and make referrals as needed. HL3CC as well as others can be offered per healthcare insurance provider.
